Shipping & Returns

Production & shipping

All products are made to order specifically for you after the order is placed. Because of this, production time may vary depending on product type and current order volume.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • personal preferences
  • ordering the wrong item or color

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
