Terms of Service

KALEW is a small Estonian made-to-order clothing project. Reach us at support@kalew.ee.

An order is a binding offer once you complete checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price is clearly wrong, or fraud is suspected. In that case any payment is refunded in full.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

All garments are made to order and shipped from Printful's production network. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Because items are made to order we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour. Damaged or incorrect orders are covered — see our Shipping & Returns page.

All artwork, photography, logos, and the KALEW name are the property of KALEW or its licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission.

We do our best to keep the store running but provide it "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by writing to us first will be heard by Estonian courts.

We may update these terms. Orders are governed by the version in force when the order is placed.
